After BEBHS: Jacob Black

(Jacob, on the left.)

A note from Jacob Black's adopter:

I adopted an 18-month-old little black kitty from BEBHS in April 2010, just before your awful fire.  Jacob Black (shelter name, Maddox) is a sweet cat who plops in my lap whenever I sit down, and often sleeps on my chest or feet at night.  Usually my older cat, Bob is right there too.  After a couple weeks of chase-arounds they settled down to be pretty good pals.  Jacob loves going out on the back deck to watch birds and was naughty once and even got up on the roof.  He got down by himself okay. Thank you for saving and re-homing such a wonderful cat. The work you do is priceless.
